Celebrating a Milestone
Today marks the 100th episode of the Navigating Baby Loss podcast! It’s amazing to think how far we’ve come together, and I’m deeply grateful for every listener who’s been part of this journey.
Where It All Began
When I started this podcast, I didn’t have all the answers. Honestly, that first episode felt rough—but it was honest, real, and from my heart. Sharing my story about losing my twin daughters was incredibly challenging, but I knew it could help other moms experiencing stillbirth feel less alone and more understood.
Building a Supportive Community
Together, we’ve created something truly special—a safe space where we bravely share our stories, openly honor our babies, and find healing one conversation at a time. We’ve explored tough topics like guilt, self-blame, relationship struggles, returning to work, and navigating pregnancy and parenting after loss.
Memorable Moments and Powerful Conversations
One episode that stays close to my heart is Episode 14, where I talked about how to explain stillbirth to young children. I’ll never forget the heartbreak of wondering how to tell my other children their sisters wouldn’t be coming home. Sharing these conversations has helped many families feel less isolated and more supported.
Honoring Our Babies
At the heart of every conversation is honoring our babies. We’ve discovered beautiful ways to remember them—saying their names, sharing their stories, and creating traditions that keep their memories alive. These rituals help us stay connected to our babies and bring comfort to our healing hearts.
Growing Personally and Professionally
Since starting the podcast, I’ve expanded my skills to support grieving moms even more effectively. I became certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis, powerful tools that help moms release guilt, manage fears, and find peace. Seeing the transformation in the women I support is deeply rewarding.
Exciting New Course Coming Soon
I’m thrilled to share what’s coming next—a new course specifically for moms who’ve experienced baby loss. It will feature NLP, hypnosis, meditation, and practical self-care strategies to help rebuild your life with hope and joy. If you’re interested, please reach out to me, and I’ll happily add you to the waiting list!
